Pink Patch Hits The Headlines

Fads, News, Products 1 Comment »

If you have not yet heard of the latest Dieting Phenomena THE PINK PATCH where have you been?

Doctors now say that they are worried about a “sinister” new diet patch that specifically targets young women and teenagers who don’t need to lose weight. One doctor told Newsbeat quoting: “This is purely done to make money without any thought about the effect it’s having on these vulnerable teenagers with image problems who think they need to lose weight but they don’t.”

He adds there’s “no convincing clinical evidence” that any of the natural ingredients like a seaweed called Fucus Vesiculosus , or “Bladderwrack” actually help with weight loss.

The Flat Belly Diet

New Diet 2 Comments »

The latest book everyone has been talking about is the FLAT BELLY DIET.
Is this really “A Belly-Flattening Diet That Really Works

Fat Belly Diet

This diet focuses on 5 Flat Belly Foods. These ingredients hold the power to truly transform your body, not to mention lengthen your life. The secret is their magical “MUFA” (Aka good fat!) They’re packed with monounsaturated fatty acids (also known as MUFAs, pronounced MOO-fahs). These good-for-you fats protect you from chronic disease and, according to new research, can help you lose fat, specifically around your middle. That’s why they’re at the heart of the Flat Belly Diet, a unique Prevention-tested weight loss plan.

So what are these 5 Foods?
There are five major categories of MUFAs:
(1) Oils
(2) Nuts and seeds
(3) Avocado
(4) Olives
(5) Chocolate (yes chocolate)

Apparently eating one serving of any of these foods at every meal will help reduce your accumulation of dangerous belly fat; control your calorie intake and you’ll lose inches and pounds, too, especially around your waistline. I am about to give this diet a try, if you have tried it your comments will be most welcome. Getting hold of this book is the biggest problem it will not be stocked at Amazon until October.
